A native morning glory vine happily hugs the front porch of this almost-entirely native
3,000 sq. ft. front, back, and side yard. The homeowner, originally from the island of Kauai, designed, installed, and maintains this garden herself. Planted in 2014, the landscape mimics the coastal sage scrub, using plants that thrive in heavy clay, and provides a model of ethical and sustainable gardening for the community.
